The first in a series of limited edition products for our 15th anniversary. A titanium-coated portable tool, STEX90Gi, is a limited edition of 20 pieces.
The STEX90Gi is a portable tool with 3, 4, 5, and 6mm fixed hex wrenches mounted on a handle machined from solid steel on a lathe. To ensure ease of use, it features a "fixed bit" design that allows for proper torque even in a pocket-sized tool. It's convenient for adjusting saddles and handlebars, and has been praised by riders of various genres, not just track cyclists.
The difference from the previously released STEX is that the bits on both ends have been rotated 90°, so that the bit on the opposite side does not interfere with the frame or chainring during operation. This minor change allows for continuous work that previously required repeated tightening and loosening.
If the hex bits become worn, replacement bits can be purchased here. The bits are a through-type and are fixed by tightening a screw and stopping it in the groove in the center of the bit.
【Cautions】
※Apply torque only after fully inserting the tip of the hex wrench. If tightened with insufficient insertion, the bolt may strip and be damaged.
※Even if you think bolts are securely tightened, they can loosen due to vibration while riding. In particular, small bolts around the saddle and handlebars tend to loosen, so please make an effort to perform regular maintenance.
