Taxes and Import duties

◆Customers in Japan
The prices displayed on our website includes a 10% consumption tax.

◆ Customers in the other countries
Taxes (JCT/GST/VAT/Sales Tax) and import duties are not included in the payment amount on this website. You may be charged taxes and import duties on goods in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more details, since we do not organize this on your behalf.


Shipping

◆ Customers in Japan

Lead time

We will ship within 4 business days after receiving your order.

・The order will be shipped after confirming the payment when the payment made via bank transfer.

・It may take about one week to ship when ordering personalized products.
Carrier

We use Takkyubin and Nekopos of YAMATO TRANSPORT.

・You can choose your delivery method on the payment page, Takkyubin or Nekopos. Nekopos will be displayed as an option when ordering small quantities or small sized items.

・Packages will be posted in the mailbox when using Nekopos. If you have no mailbox and are not at home, you can apply for re-delivery with the delivery notice.

・Our system allows you to select either Takkyubin or Nekopos regardless of the contents of your order when free shipping is offered. Please note that we may change the shipping method when you select Nekopos, depending on the contents of your order (number of items, size, and weight) .

On purchases over 10,000 JPY in total
We offer free domestic shipping.

On purchases less than 10,000 JPY in total
350 JPY for Nekopos

for Takkyubin:
Mainland Honshu 800 JPY
Chugoku/Shikoku 900 JPY
Hokkaido and Kyushu 1000 JPY
Okinawa 1500 JPY
Other places will be estimated on a case-by-case basis.

We use DHL EXPRESS or Yamato Transport/UPS

You can trace your package with a tracking number provided when shipping.
