This is self-roasted coffee by a roaster who holds the Evolved Q Grader international qualification (which allows for the evaluation of coffee quality).The shop OFF deals exclusively with high-quality coffee approved by Chizuru Kawamata, a roaster and shop owner who gained 11 years of experience in Osaka before returning to Tsubamesanjo, and who also has experience as a JBC Sensory Judge.
OFF is located along the route from the Tsubame-Sanjo Interchange—where you exit the expressway—to the Yahiko Velodrome. At the shop right in front of it, you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee and sweets. Please stop by if you have time.
