GENEX45

GENEX45 is a hex wrench with an X-shaped handle that tightens and loosens hexagon socket bolts equipped with 4 mm and 5 mm hex wrenches. It is designed for use with stems, handlebars, seat posts, and chain rings, and the longer end of the wrench has a 5mm width for quick turning of the chain ring's M6 cap bolt. The bit (length 70mm) is equipped with 4mm and 5mm hex wrenches on the left and right sides. The surface is coated with hard chrome plating, which is said to be the hardest of all electroplating types and has excellent wear resistance, achieving the highest quality finish.

The flat type has a non-slip knurled tip, which supports quick turning with the long handle wrench (5mm width). The GENEX45's bit is designed to be longer, so you can apply final tightening torque to the chainring bolt while holding the bit side.

The GENEX45 is a hex wrench that will also be used by mechanics from leading countries at the 2024 Paris Olympics. About Replacing the Head Cap
Depending on the task, the protruding head cap may interfere with parts or the frame, making it difficult to use the tool with the top cap still attached. In this case, use a set screw instead of the silver head cap to hold the 4mm x 5mm bit. The set screw is included with your purchase.
