1625 is the year when blacksmithing techniques were introduced from Edo to our city, Tsubamesanjo. The concept is ‘‘with history and tradition in mind‘‘ and 400th anniversary celebration in 2025!
It is said that blacksmithing techniques in Tsubame-Sanjo began in 1625 (Kanei 2) when blacksmiths were brought in from Edo to help farmers who were suffering from the flooding of the river that flowed through the area and their rice fields were submerged. This trainer was designed to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the origin of blacksmithing in Tsubamesanjo, and with the theme of "having pride and determination as an inheritor of history and tradition."
SUCCESSION RUNWELL. We want to be a brand that inherits history and creates value for the future. This is a design that puts such thought into it.
Available in two colors: heated steel orange [HEATED STEEL] and steel black [BLACKSMITH]. The fabric is a thick 10 oz sweatshirt with a dry fleece lining for craftsmen who work on-site during the winter months of Niigata.
